WAITING LIST
All of our armour is custom made; we do not import any armour from overseas manufacturers. We pride ourselves in the quality of armour that we produce; each piece is carefully hand made, and is as close to the original as we can make it. As a result, we do have a backlog of orders for armour. Our current backlog is approximately 12 months. This means that if you were to place and order for an item of armour today, we would not be able to start working on your order for at least 12 months. This backlog does not apply to other items on our web site, such as weapons, artwork, or tapestries.
CANADIAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All Canadian customers must pay the GST (Goods and Services Tax). This amount (6% of the purchase price), is not included in the listed price of the item. Canadian customers will be billed the GST, along with shipping costs, in a C.O.D. charge when the item is shipped. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The shipping costs are not reflected in the product price. The cost of shipping and handling will be an additional cost. Within Canada, all items are shipped Canada Post C.O.D. (the C.O.D. is for shipping costs and GST only). All items shipped to the United States or Internationally, will be shipped via United Parcel Service "Freight Collect." This means that you will be billed for shipping when your product arrives. You will also be responsible for any customs duty or local taxes.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
As stated, all of our armour is custom made; we do not carry an inventory of armour. However, we do keep an inventory of other items, such as weapons, artwork, and tapestries. If an item is in stock, we will ship within 3-4 working days of receiving your order. If an item is back-ordered, we will ship within 2-4 weeks.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your armour order, refunds can be made before work has begun on an order. However, a 7% cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds on custom orders. Refunds will be given on other items such as weapons, artwork, and tapestries, so long as they are returned, undamaged, within 20 days. A 7% cancellation fee will be applied to these items as well.
WARANTEE POLICY
All items are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for a period of one year. However, they will not be guaranteed against damage caused by mishandling or abuse. Additionally, we will not guarantee damage caused during shipping. Damaged items can be returned postpaid, and we will effect repairs, and return the item to you.
